Guaranty Policy:
Credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.

A minimum of one night deposit is required prior to arrival, then voucher must be sent to hotel 2 days prior as a deadline; as a matter of fact, deposit only will be accepted once booking has been already confirmed and guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy:
Must cancel within 2 days prior to arrival date, in order to avoid fee charges.

No Show Policy:
If No Show occurs, a one night stay fee will be charged.

Extra person Policy:
Three extra persons are admitted per room with 2 double beds, with a fee charge of $10.00 USD per person.

Kids Policy:
Chlidren of 11 years old and up are considered adults; in case family consists of 2 adults and 3 children of 11 years old, they will be charged the equivalent of one person.

Pets Policy:
Sorry, No pets are allowed.

Oversold Policy

* In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted

* The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.

* The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel.

* The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.
